We know that exercising in the morning can deliver the best results and that people can struggle to hit the gym or an exercise class after a long day with a busy family life.

Our early morning fitness camp sessions are perfect to squeeze in before work and we also run slightly later sessions – ideal after the school drop-off. You’ll feel energised and on the right track for the rest of the day.

With our current venue we are keeping the group sizes small  . This way there is still plenty of focus and attention on you while still having the benefit of being pat of a group.

All of our sessions are productive and efficient, we know how important your time is and we don’t want to waste it.

There’s no better motivation than getting fit with a great bunch of people who share a common goal. At our fitness camps, everyone is treated equally and encouraged on their journey, no matter their starting point.

With a maximum group size of 6 people, you’ll soon feel part of our tribe. In fact, the thing we love most about our fitness camps are the friendships that develop along the way.
