Emphasis on strength and conditioning
structured interval-style workouts including bodyweight, kettlebell and core training.

Functional training methods rather than a ‘beasting’ just for the sake of it!

 

 

A holistic approach focusing on nutrition and lifestyle, as well as fitness
body map nervous system assessing (not available elsewhere in the local area)


The training programmes are fun – no boring rep counting – yet can be intensive, and guaranteed to get you moving and feeling awesome.

 

Whether you are a mother , house wife, business man or weekend warrior i am here to help you find your groove again.

Training in a group environment doesn’t suit everyone. As an individual client, the focus is on building a great relationship with you and working towards your fitness goals with a personalised plan adapted to your needs.

To support your training programme, i will outline clear, simple nutritional guidelines to help you reach your performance or fat loss goals. The aim is to achieve long-lasting, sustainable results.
